Please review our policies before placing your order.
Ordering Policy
All standard orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
Event orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Any changes to an order must be made no later than 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery.
Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment is received.
Payment Policy
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Custom orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit
.Event orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of pickup or delivery are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address it.
Pickup Policy
Pickup is available at:

Washington, MI 48095
Customers must arrive at their scheduled pickup time. Once an order has been picked up and accepted, we are not responsible for any damage.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is available depending on location.
Delivery fees vary based on distance. Longer distances will incur higher delivery fees.
Free delivery is provided for event orders when setup and takedown service is purchased.
Setup and takedown service is available for a $50 fee
General Policy
Batch at Bottom Creek reserves the right to photograph baked goods for marketing and social media purposes.
